We are fair

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually split it into phases when it’s a big project and intervine with phases as well depending on the weather in order to keep the project moving forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have trained with many of these homes we are craftsman when creating the best solutions structural.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We first had to bring in a rig to drill our holes that would be for our piers, from there we continued our addition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Several I’ve enjoyed working with different kinds of clients allowing them to feel comfortable providing security, we’ve also worked with lawyers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In Oak Cliff, we are doing a complete rehab and addition and entire roof gutted and reconstructed to code.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would have you prepared for things that are unexpected, like deterioration and us having to do repares to existing structure, I would also prepare with the weather in Texas.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some questions you should think about are, how long it could last, would we use tarps to cover a home plumbing in the way weather under ground or above. I would also consider what your budget is ahead of time
