What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide an accurate line by lined detailed estimate within 2-3 business days after we personally visitint the job site and gather measurement and discuss the detail with our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We believe Communication, Respect, and Trust is the key to success. When we provide a free estimate, No payments required until we start any project. We pay close attention to all the detail to make sure we perform as our clients expect. We keep our work environment clean and organized, Daily cleaning is part of our job. We cover your furniture and floor while we are working.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Participated in Contractor School in the state of California in 2008-2009 and licensed General B contractor from CSLB

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most bathrooms take about 2-3 weeks to complete. Most kitchen remodeling takes about a week to complete after we ordered all the materials. We make sure to order all the materials prior to starting the job to eliminate any delay.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust is the number one priority to hire a contractor. Make sure your contractor is always available to communicate. Asking payments before starting the job and charging upfront is a red flag.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-Aks for a detailed estimate that covers everything you need for your remodeling project. Who is buying the material and what options you have. -Ask about the timeline. How long the whole process will take. -Ask who is performing the job and who will stay in touch with you during the progress. -Check contractor's reviews and their background.
