What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because remodels and new construction can have minimal work or be very intricately designed, it’s hard to pinpoint a price without knowing the scope of your unique project. Factors that contribute to the cost of a remodel/new build include: Size of the project Materials needed The layout of the room(s) Any “extras” For a general estimate, contact us today. We will be able to give you a more exact quote once we have plans, designs, schematics, and specifications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Reach out. We will give you a general estimate for your project. If it sounds like it is in your ballpark and you would like to move forward then 2. We'll hammer out the details of the project and project cost. This step may involve working with a designer or architect 3. We'll sign a contract and obtain the necessary permits 4. Construction will start!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the construction industry for nearly a decade. I recently completed my Passive House Tradesperson certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Hi, I'm Cameron, the founder of C | C Builders. With a passion for creating and building, I started C | C Builders in 2019 to provide Utah with a residential general contractor who would get projects done on time, on budget, and give customers the superior service that they deserve. We recently completed an amazing modern custom home. After permits were pulled, it took 9 months to complete.
