What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price based on each individual project to avoid over pricing the smaller jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have received a request for services we will contact the customer to schedule a walk through of the requested project. Once that has been completed you will receive a detailed bid lining out each stage of the project and the cost.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have personally spent 10 years in the construction industry over various aspects of countless projects. I spent 6 years in the US Army as a Combat Engineer learning above all an extreme attention to detail.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I made it a goal at a young age to run my own Landscaping business. I came home from a deployment to the Middle East and was given the opportunity to begin this journey.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of customers on a wide variety of projects. Each was unique in style and challenge.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recently we were given the opportunity to install Permanent LED Lights on the On Pitch Performing Arts theatre. The final product turned out incredible and is to date my favorite to look at.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire you should always value the quality of work that the potential contractor demonstrates.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is very helpful if a customer can portray a clear and detailed idea of the project they would like done.
