Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and timeline. We provide detailed estimates up front, no hidden fees. For larger projects, we offer milestone based payments. While we don’t advertise discounts, we’re open to offering one at the time of booking depending on the project size. Every quote includes labor, materials (if requested), and full cleanup.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick phone call to understand your needs and schedule a free on-site consultation. Within 24 hours of the visit, you'll receive a detailed estimate. Once approved, we finalize the scope, sign an agreement, and schedule the work. Throughout the project, we keep you updated, stay on budget, and make sure the space is left clean and ready to enjoy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’re a licensed general contractor with over 5 years of experience specializing in all types of residential construction. Our team is trained in framing, finish work, tile, and custom remodeling. We stay current with building codes and industry standards to ensure every project is done right, from start to finish.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as two brothers with skilled hands and a sister who’s a professional designer, helping friends and family with remodels simply because we loved doing it. As word spread and demand grew, we took the leap and turned our passion into a full-time business. Today, that same care, creativity, and attention to detail guide every project we take on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all types of homeowners across the Seattle area, from young families doing their first remodel to retirees upgrading their forever home. We've also partnered with real estate investors on renovation projects. Each client has different needs, and we pride ourselves on adapting to deliver the right solution every time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel in Kirkland that we’re really proud of. It was a major transformation, wall removal, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, new lighting, and high end tile work. The project took about 5 weeks from start to finish. What made it special was how collaborative the process was. The homeowners had a clear vision, and we helped bring it to life with clean execution and attention to detail. The final result felt both modern and warm, exactly what they wanted.
