What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with the initial consultation to learn about the customers vision for their project. Once we've heard and understood what they want out of the project we begin to outline how their vision will take place and offer any suggestions to enhance the vision and make it achievable. We focus on communication and level setting expectations. We value honesty and treat our customers with respect and understanding as this is a large undertaking and can be very stressful for them.
