Our team is made up of trained professionals with years of hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, tile work, and more. We’re licensed as a general contractor in Washington State, and regularly stay up to date on building codes and permit regulations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our passion for construction began over 10 years ago with small remodeling jobs. Over time, our dedication to quality and client satisfaction helped us grow into a full-service licensed construction company, capable of managing everything from kitchen remodels to full home additions.

We’ve worked with a wide range of customers — from first-time homeowners looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom, to real estate investors needing full remodels for flip projects. We’ve also partnered with families expanding their homes with additions, ADUs, and garage conversions. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a second-story room addition above a garage in Bellevue. It included full framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, paint, and electrical work. The project took approximately 4 weeks and was delivered on time and within budget. The client was thrilled with how seamlessly the new space blended into their existing home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
