What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My estimates are always free, and I never pressure anyone into anything. I like to see the job in person so I can give you the most accurate and fair price possible. Every project is different, so I don’t give exact quotes just from photos or messages—it’s important I walk the space myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we’ll schedule a time for me to come by and look at the job in person. I’ll take a look, ask a few questions, and give you a free estimate. If everything looks good to you, we’ll set a start date and get to work. I like to keep communication open throughout the process so there are no surprises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been doing this kind of work for over 40 years. Most of my training has come from real-world experience on job sites in New York City, where I learned how to solve tough problems and deliver high-quality finishes in all kinds of environments.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in construction when I was very young, helping family members on job sites. Over the years, I specialized in stucco, tile, and finishing work, and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s something I take a lot of pride in.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with homeowners, builders, landlords, and business owners—pretty much anyone who needs quality work done. Whether it’s a small patch job or a full exterior stucco project, I treat every job with the same level of care.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I helped a homeowner completely redo the exterior of their house with new stucco and custom finishes. It took about a week from start to finish, and the transformation was incredible. They were so happy with the final result, and that’s what it’s all about for me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person you hire is willing to come see the job in person. Photos don’t always tell the full story, and you want someone who takes the time to understand your project. Also, don’t just go for the cheapest price—look at their experience and how they communicate with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about your timeline, your budget, and the type of finish you’re looking for. It also helps to know if there are any problem areas or repairs needed before the cosmetic work. The more details you can share when I come to take a look, the better I can help you.
