Introduction

Home Remodeling Expert with over 10 years experience in residential services. I believe in doing the job right the first time without over charging. We are a family business. I spent 14 years of service in the military and then went on to work as a Site Supervisor for a military contractor. My wife and children have supported my passion of home renovations for quite sometime now. We started our family business R&M Remodeling and Construction. We believe in good, honest quality work. We stand by intergrity. Our pride in our work is unique. We will not disappoint you! Drywall, carpentry, bathroom renovations, gazebo installations, flooring, painting, you name it we can create it or fix it! I have heard so many horror stories of people taking advantage of others and not fixing something correctly or just over charging or plain out stealing client's hard earned money, which we feel sickened by. It is a priceless feeling to know we truly helped someone and they were treated with dignity and respect.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
All jobs are priced differently by the demands of the work needing done on various jobs. I charge by each job to be performed not by a hourly rate. I do not charge for the consult/estimate (FREE) or add mark ups on materials needed like most companies do. For bigger projects I respectively ask that you purchase the materials yourself. The reason being is I have purchased large dollar amounts of materials in the past and the client changed their mind about the project to be completed, so I was out alot of money out of my own pocket due to that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I grew up building barns and remodeling homes. I have spent my whole life working on projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold

unfold fold
My advice is to check references and do the research on whom they are considering hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should keep an open mind to more work needing to be redone or completed in order for the pro to do their job. They should have a plan in place or be serious about creating a plan with a pro before contacting them.
