What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is determined on the area to be remediated, materials involved, and time to perform the task. we are very competitive in our pricing and will match other contractors price if we are not the lowest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will personally go and meet the client, make a assessment of their needs, give them remediation options, and explain the process in completing the task. My main goal is for the client to feel comfortable with our services and our firm will provide the best service possible guaranteed.

unfold fold
Had a home owner that had major mold issues in there home a week before Thanksgiving. Meet with them explained to them the process and how long it would take. Home owner looked for someone to complete the project sooner. Hired another contractor they messed the job up and we were called back to do the clean up properly. Passed all test on the first time around.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure that the contractor is licensed and carries insurance. Dont be scared to ask for past project references. Remember its your home and you want the best service for the price. Some times going for the cheaper price doesn't cut it. Quality, experience, and final product is what the home owner should be looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are you a licensed contractor? Ask to see the license. Do you carry liability insurance? How many years of experience do you have? Can you provide me a list of at least 5 past project references? Ask about the payment options, never pay for the project in full upfront.
