What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I come to your pool. I travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. I offer 30 minute, 45, and 60 minute private and group lessons. Lessons are customized to each client. I provide my clients an exceptional swimming experience. My clients succeed in learning to swim. They become like family and most remain with me for an extremely long time. Because of that, I do not require contracts, charge mileage, or require cancellation fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After you book your first lesson, I will call or email you. We will go over your goals for swimming and I will tailor the lessons specifically for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been teaching swim for over 20 years. I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and am a former Federal Investigator. As an expert swim instructor, I'm confident in helping children and adults mentally and physically learn to swim. I absolutely love teaching swim and prefer being in the water daily! I'm a former stay-at-home mom and have three children of my own. AED, Adult, Child, Infant CPR & AED Training (BLS) certified. Cleared for Top Secret security clearance with U.S. Federal Government.
