Introduction

Please note SERVICE AREA: As far north as Irvine, as far east as Rancho Santa Margarita, as far south as San Clemente, all the way to the ocean. I am extremely adaptable to different types of people, their workout preferences, and motivational needs which is why I offer a special guaranteed satisfaction on your 1st fitness session or it's on me! Bring me your body in whatever shape it is and I will help you achieve the body you want and feel the best you have ever felt about yourself. Athletes, strength training, weight loss, toning, injury recovery, back and joint problems, senior fitness you name it, I’ve done all the specialties and trained every age. See my reviews and videos to get better sense of what it's like working with me! I do Zoom sessions or work indoors or outdoors, your choice! I offer my own gym, or we can work outside at a park, or I can come to you. I practice social distancing and mask protocols in addition to before and after equipment sanitization. I have all of my own equipment so you don’t have to have any. My sessions are family friendly and dog-friendly. I make living a healthy lifestyle fun, convenient, and yours. I’m so excited to meet you and can’t wait to get you started! MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY Showing Up is Half the Work. Too Hard? There is always a modification out there for you. Too Easy? There is always a progression out there for you. Training Never Came with Regrets, only Results. Strive For Progress, Not Perfection. Always Think Positive. Work Towards a Value. Every Mountain Has Its Peak. Move Past Your Peak. Enjoy the Journey. Ready? Yes You Are! Why was that even a question? By helping people to make positive changes in their lives I am able to improve lifestyles and increase the longevity of my clients. I value personal growth which is why I coach others to embrace a growth mindset to constantly make themselves a better person than they were the day before and empowering them to use their success to inspire and lead others.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
FREE CONSULTATION: Take advantage of a free 25 minute consultation over the phone with me - I promise you will learn a lot about the best way to reach your goals and how to train, even if you end up training with another trainer. PRICING: Prices range from $85 to 120 depending on distance, gyms and package. Pricing is based on level of experience and knowledge. Prices are in line with industry average. Fitness training is a science that your trainer must be certified in, and I am not talking a cert you get in a day. Trainers must learn the same fundamentals of the body that doctors train in. The experience is high quality and very informative. I collaborate with doctors, physical therapists, nutritionists, and top industry professionals to get you the most accurate and up to date information. A trainer's rate represents the quality they offer, so keep this in mind when picking a trainer, just as if you were picking a doctor. It's your body, you will have it for life, so think about how that determines your investment. PAYMENT METHOD: Most customers pay through Venmo, but can pay through Paypal, cash, check, or credit card. FLEXIBILITY: I have several trainers at my company, CityFitLA, so if price, location, schedule or style doesn't match what you are looking for, ask me about other trainers I can match to you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION: In your complimentary consultation we'll go over your goals, medical issues that need attention and map out what direction makes the most sense for your program. FIRST SESSION: We'll perform several fitness assessments to find out what precisely needs to be worked on first and how we'll go about doing that as well as establish baselines to compare your progress too. The first session is the most informative, pin-pointing our areas of strength and weakness and by how much we are unbalanced or un-proportionate. PROGRAM: We'll work towards a realistic timeline to achieve your goals. I am available by phone/text when you need me. I encourage many of my clients to keep me informed about their workout stats and weight progress via text to hold them accountable. To their delight they get humorous emojis, inspirational quotes, and tips on the go. CELEBRATE RESULTS!: When you achieve your goals we celebrate! Your achievements can get highlighted on the CityFitLA.com website and shared with your friends. The loads of positive support that rolls in is your moment to enjoy and keep up the good work!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My passion for athletics started me off coaching a local "Learn to Skate" program and a private school gymnastics team. I then became a Spin instructor because it was one of the most challenging fitness feats I overcame and wanted to share my inspiration with others on how to get past personal blockers. Spinning expanded into Boot Camps, where my most successful boot camps have been very team oriented and not just about fitness but building interpersonal skills as well. The success of my one-on-one connections and coaching led me to become a Personal Trainer. I strive to inspire change, educate, and nurture personal growth for my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check to see that they are certified and have liability insurance. That's a basic first step. Watch out for trainers who always tell you you are doing a good job and don't ask questions. They may not have enough thorough knowledge to really help you. Any trainer should be able to give you a modification to an exercise if it is too hard, if they don't offer any then don't go with them. Word of mouth is the best way to find a trainer so look for testimonials or interview them to share some of their success stories.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure you have medical clearance by your doctor to workout with a professional trainer in the form of a note. Any professional will require this, especially if you currently have a medical condition.
