Cancellation, Inclement Weather & Refund Policy: Life can sometimes get in the way, an unexpected emergency, illness or even a scheduling conflict. Swim-Sport-N-Splash understands things sometimes just happen and is out of your control. With that said, we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, where you will not be charged. If for some reason you do need to cancel within 24 hours, you will still be charged for your session, however we will do everything possible to make it up with you at a convenient time for you! Inclement Weather: Safety is our first priority! Swim-Sport-N-Splash reserves the right to reschedule any lesson pending hazardous conditions. Specifically Thunder, Lightning and or Hurricanes. These classes will be made up at an agreed upon time with the client without any penalty. Refunds: Although we do not offer any refunds, we are happy to transfer any or all of your package within your immediate family on a case by case basis.

All seasoned Instructors are certified with the highest level of certifications through The American Red Cross.
