RATES ARE LISTED BELOW: Swim lessons: Our focus is safety, confidence and comfort in the water. Water should be a safe place for all swimmers. Survival and fun, safe play are important for all swimmers here in Florida and around the world. I teach all parts of competitive swimming/ Stroke technique and triathlon training lessons available. RATES: $60 for 30 min. $80 for 45 min. $100 for 60 min. These are cash prices Special needs lessons available. All ages swim coach Learn to swim/ stroke school VIRTUAL SWIM LESSONS Lifeguard Collegiate level swimmer CPR first aid AED certifications, wsi trained. Any age Athletes/ triathletes/ CrossFiters looking for technical stroke, start, finish, flip turn, practice structures. I also do virtual swim lesson- homeschooled swimmers, out of state swimmers. Nutritionist: I provide nutrition consulting for all ages and all nutrition goals. I have helped guide and support many people on their weight loss journey. Some are in person while most online or via phone / distance clients.
