What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are the most competitive you can find for what we provide you. I’ve kept the prices the same since pre-covid because I believe having affordable swim lessons is important so many people can learn this valuable life-long skill without breaking the bank.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask you about your experience, struggles, and goals you have for swimming. Will develop a personalized plan for you to learn and improve. We’ll do the first lesson, pay after first lesson, learn to swim within 4-8 lessons!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Competitive swimmer for 6 years, competitive water polo player for 4 years, and taught swim lessons for over 12 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started as a competitive swimmer and water polo player. Then started teaching swim lessons part time then full time for over 12 years! Developed an efficient system to teach people how to swim effectively and faster over the years. Trained my team on how to apply those methods to teach you how to swim better!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I taught hundreds of families, children, and adults how to swim in the last 10 years from coast to coast. I teach swimming, water safety, treading, persons with disabilities, and trained athletes + military service members.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire experienced private swim instructors. Community pools, for example, typically have inexperienced teenagers and early 20 year olds who lack the experience in teaching effective lessons.
