Based on this, I create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. 2. Customized Training & Technique Development I guide you through structured lessons, focusing on water confidence, technique improvement, and skill development, with gradual progress at your pace. 3. Ongoing Feedback & Support I provide continuous feedback and adjust the plan as needed to ensure progress, offering motivation and tips to help you stay on track toward your goals.

As a former professional swimmer, my practical experience in the water has been the foundation of my expertise. In addition to my competitive background, I have completed various certifications in swimming instruction and water safety. This includes certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid, ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all my clients. I also continually update my knowledge by attending workshops, courses, and staying current with the latest swimming techniques and training methods. My combination of real-world experience and formal education allows me to provide clients with effective, personalized lessons that foster both skill development and confidence in the water.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

’ve been passionate about swimming since a young age and competed professionally for years. After gaining extensive experience in the sport, I decided to transition into coaching to help others build confidence and improve their skills. I started offering lessons to beginners, especially those overcoming fear, and saw firsthand how rewarding it was to help people progress. This led me to further my education and certifications to provide structured, effective instruction for swimmers of all levels

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

one recent project I’m particularly proud of involved working with a client who had a significant fear of water and had never learned to swim. Over the course of couple sessions , we worked together to gradually build their confidence and develop essential swimming skills. Through patience, consistent practice, and focused techniques, they not only overcame their fear but also became comfortable swimming in the deep end. It was incredibly rewarding to see their transformation, and the progress they made in such a short time was truly fulfilling
