What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In my first visit I check everything and I give to the customer possible solutions to solve his/her problem. After that, we make an appointment to work on it.

I studied in Brazil, computer maintenance and network Instalation in 2002, I've being working with it since then.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed a Sonos system integrated with Alexa and Apple TV. The home theater included CD player, Receiver, DVD player, and Comcast tv. It took me two days to install and teach the family how to use the entire system. I installed a internet system in a 4000 square feet house, it took me 4 hours to finish the process but they got Internet in each corner.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think the best question is: how long this system will stick with me? getting either too cheap or too expensive systems might not reflect their end goal.
