First hour is typically @ 90.00-100.00 and subsequent hours @ 60.00 Some jobs may require additional travel costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Discuss basic needs over the phone 2. If their phone system needs service narrow down the issue to the phone equipment or the phone service provider such as AT&T or Comcast 3. Site survey if needed 4. Smaller jobs are offered on an hourly basis and larger projects by written proposals

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all the work we do. We recently installed a used phone system in a medical office. We installed the system 5-6 hours. The Dr. said we were $1200.00 less than the nearest quote. They seem to really like the Panasonic phone system.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research .Call a couple other companies . Ask questions then make your own conclusion as to which company will provide the best solution for you .

1. Can my existing phone system be repaired? 2. Is Comcast or AT&T your phone provider? 2. How many phones and phone lines you will need ? 3. Is a refurbished phone system with warranty an option or only new? 4. Will you need wiring for phone or data jacks? 5. What features are of importance to you ?
