1. Discuss basic needs over the phone 2. If their phone system needs service narrow down the issue to the phone equipment or the phone service provider such as AT&T or Comcast 3. Site survey if needed 4. Smaller jobs are offered on an hourly basis and larger projects by written proposals

We are fond of all the work we do. We recently installed a used phone system in a medical office. We installed the system 5-6 hours. The Dr. said we were $1200.00 less than the nearest quote. They seem to really like the Panasonic phone system.

Do your research .Call a couple other companies . Ask questions then make your own conclusion as to which company will provide the best solution for you .
