I first like to hear about the services requested. I will then ask questions about their needs and make any recommendations I might have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been an inside I.T. guy at the company I work at for the past 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been drawn to technology. I was able to build my own PC as a teen my skills grew from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My job is in a commercial building but I have done residential as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent job was setting up wifi in a 300,000 square foot building that consisted of offices and warehouses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have you tried unplugging and plugging it back in? Jokes aside, I recommend you feel comfortable with the person you choose. Make sure they are willing to warranty their work.
