Our typical hourly rate is $160. Enrolling in our service programs will get you a discounted rate. But it's certainly not required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients are enrolled in our All-In Program. We do a full evaluation of their technology and help them move forward. Tech is not a one time thing, it's about a long term plan to keep yourself running reliably and to plan for the potential pitfalls. Everyone has their own plans and ideas, and we love to support our clients in whatever they are doing. We are support. It means something to us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All of us are lifelong techs, there is no escape for us. We do everything in our power to leverage that knowledge with our clients needs and desires. It's not always easy - but when you have a good partner, who is reliable and knowledgable, you can accomplish anything (and maybe more!)

What types of customers have you worked with?

We typically work with both residential customers and businesses. To us, there is little difference. We work on making the lives of the end-users our focus, so they can work in the most productive manner. Macintosh, Windows, hardware, software, we support so much for both groups of clients. It's something we are proud of - that we don't treat everyone the same. We shouldn't. We listen, we learn, and then we leverage our skills for the best possible outcome.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Some of our clients have been with us for more than a decade. We are proud that we've seen hundreds and hundreds of changes in the marketplace, changes in client needs, growth of our clients, and expansion of how they use tech every day. We are proud our clients trust and respect our work. Nothin else really matters to us. Projects can be big or small, but they all matter.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You can trust we'll be honest and practical in our support of your project, and we'll be around in the long term to make sure things go smoothly. We believe having someone you can trust and work with is a part of every good relationship with your IT team.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Our prices match our skills, we travel on site in the Saint Louis region, you can visit us, we have staff operating from 9-5 M-F so you can get questions answered in a timely manner. You don't be waiting 24 hours to talk to us. But also - we can do so much via remote - it doesn't matter where we are.
