I like to get more information and discuss the project. I ask questions. We discuss the scope. If there's a good fit for us, we'll book next available appointment. Communication can take form of a email, text or a phone call. I have flexible hours including nights can accommodate the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an Computer Engineering degree @ CUNY in 1985. However, my degree doesn't relate to the work today. I was trained and certified in the industry experience over 25 years working for Companies like Banctec and Bank of New Mellon . I was field Tech engineer at Banctec for 5 years. At BNY Mellon, I was an IT specialist VP of Technology Services group for 25 years. I was trained in ITIL certification, HP, Dell servers and administration and real live industry experience. I supported 1000's of end-users. I was promoted to VP. Now, I have my own business with the knowledge and experience I bring to the table. I done a lot of projects over the years and proud of it. Most importantly, proud of finding best solution to a problem.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You get an honest and get right to the point service and advisement. I will always looking to help customers find the best encomical sloutions to their computing needs. i willl recommend people not to overspend on hardware and software that is unnessarry.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ethernet cabling projects! Its regarding length, walls (types) in walls verses outside walls. Construction for office or home with dry walls. Its best time to run cabling when you have open walls. What services you need ISP's (Internet Service provider)? Some ISP's are better with Zoom calls than others. If Zoom is critical! What kind of WIFI systems? larger homes especially important.
