Pricing models can differ depending on the Service Level Agreement. Break/fix services are billed hourly, and MSP managed services are typically billed monthly.

We assess the needs of the client, a work to propose a best solution to them to ensure the most reliable, yet cost effective results

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff possess at least an associates degree or higher, however, over 50 years combined experience says a lot more than a piece of paper from a college

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founder, Mark, discovered he was a quick learner in computer technology and soon found it made sense to start a business doing this type of work. It has definitely paid off

We started out with both commercial and residential, however, our focus has turned strictly commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Implemented a server to centralize logins, file sharing, printer queues, and other aspects of day-to-day operations for a dental facility. Completed the project in approximately 10 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know what your needs are at the current moment, and make a list of your long-term and expansion goals, and ensure the provider is able to meet your current needs, and grow with your business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does the problem keep coming back? If it's the first time, Google search it first. If it's as simple as restarting a computer, you could be paying a pro to do something that you could have done yourself. If the problem is recurring and/or getting worse each time, you will definitely want a pro to solve your needs.
