What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer customizable pricing based on scope and customer goals. We do also have competitive pricing for many standard services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we try to get as much information from the customer, depending on the service requested we do a site visit first, to helps us to properly price and develop a comprehensive scope when dispatching a technician. We require a 50% deposit before the start and 50% o completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians carry AV and Low voltage cabling industry recognized certifications paired with several years of training and experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been interested in technology and implementation, I was introduced by a family member and I decided to expand on it

What types of customers have you worked with?

The HGI team have worked with various customers in varies industries, retail stores, banks, restaurants and various other commercial settings. recently we have began adding solutions for residential customers and look forward in growing and excelling with our residential clientele

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently We Did the first phase of a bank project which consist of 35 sites in the New York area. Ran 15-25 cat 6 cables for each site supported by j-hooks for new high definition camera system. First phase was over 3 months long. This project will run for the duration of 18month

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask as many questions when requesting service, inquire about recommendations and alternatives. inquire about similar service given to other clients.
