How did you get started doing this type of work?
After Hurricane Katrina, I had the opportunity to take on projects that I probably would have had to wait years to get. The demand for IT services was high, and I was able to step in, solve real problems, and make a difference. I quickly realized how much I loved the work—helping businesses and homes get back online, setting up networks, and troubleshooting critical systems. From that point on, I never looked back, and I’ve been dedicated to providing top-quality IT services ever since.
