Hello! Nice to meet you! I'm Kamil, the co-founder of Prep For Success Tutors. Hopefully, over the next couple of months, our team will be fortunate enough to learn about you during the lessons, but for now, I'll tell you a bit about myself and our team! Ever since I was six years old, I competed in math competitions hosted at Princeton University, which aided me in skipping two grades in math and scoring a perfect 800 on the SAT math in High School. For me, test-taking was an innate skill, but I wanted to create a curriculum to teach these same skills to individuals that were struggling with any standardized exam. As a result, Prep For Success Tutors was created! However, Prep For Success Tutors is not just a standardized test prep company; we focus on the entire application process since your LSAT/GMAT score is just one piece of the puzzle! We have perfect-score tutors and published authors that help you prepare for your exam, complete your application, and review your personal statement. High test scores helped me personally receive acceptance into my dream schools and I also was able to receive my degree for free due to the numerous scholarships I received. We pride our company on the impressive scores and abilities of our team of highly talented tutors. All Prep For Success tutors have scored in the 95th percentile on the respective exams that they teach and have also been vigorously trained in all of the tips, tricks, and content that can be utilized to master each exam. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prep For Success does its best to work with every student regardless of finances. We make it our mission to match you with the best tutor and put together a package that works within your budget! Additionally, all materials are included within the tutoring fee: an online learning platform with videos and practice problems, practice tests, and study guides with tips, tricks, and test-taking strategies. Also, Prep For Success has no contracts! This is because we want to make sure we are adding value during each lesson and that you're seeing significant improvement! Furthermore, our tutors have decades of combined tutoring experience, you will be working with the best to learn our tips, tricks, and strategies!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to make the process easy! Being a mom-and-pop small business allows us the flexibility to personalize the process for each individual client. Our typical approach is to assess the student's strengths and weaknesses in order to fine tune their abilities. Once analyzing that, we delve into filling any gaps in the content, then we tackle test taking tips, tricks, and strategies to master the specific exam you are preparing for. Our goal is to add as much value into each session by making sure we maximize the student’s growth potential.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Co-founder, Kamil, ever since he was six years old he competed in Math competitions hosted at Princeton University. This led him to skip two grades in Math and score a perfect 800 on the SAT Math. He loves the pressure of exams and considers himself to be a test prep expert. With the help of his co-founder and published author, Samantha, they built out and trained an exceptional team of tutors that have over a decade of combined experience. Many tutors have either a perfect score or a 99th percentile score on the exam that they tutor. The requirements to be a tutor are very high and the training is rigorous in order to produce the highest quality Prep For Success Certified instructors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As mentioned previously, Kamil was six years old when he competed in Math competitions hosted at Princeton University. He simply enjoyed taking timed tests and got a thrill from the pressure. He also enjoyed teaching and helping others grow and succeed. Having an impact on other people's lives and helping them achieve their goals was very rewarding for Kamil. Our other co-founder Samantha also started off by helping students both in high school and college. She enjoyed the personal relationship she was building with each student and was committed to their success. Ultimately, receiving thank you notes and signs of appreciation is extremely fulfilling and massively important when picking a career! We make sure to find these exact traits when adding tutors to our team. All of our tutors are kind, and genuine, and are here because they want to see their students succeed and improve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with clients that vary on the score spectrum. The key thing that everyone has in common is they want to improve their score and maximize their potential. Whether we have 6 weeks to prepare or 6 months we will make sure to make the best use of the time we have and provide individualized study plans based on the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Every student requires different support and it's important that we can adapt and fit the needs of our clients.

We have worked with hundreds of clients who have had immense score improvements, which is showcased within our reviews. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would advise anyone looking for a tutor to make sure you “click” with the tutor. There are so many great tutors, but you need to make sure you feel comfortable with their teaching style and are unafraid to ask any questions. We believe that fit is key as I’m sure we’re not the only perfect score tutors out there! Make sure you vet their experience and reviews!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If the customer knows their next test date and what score they’re currently at vs where they want to be, this will give the tutor the ability to put together the most effective game plan. However, if the client does not know, we can always help put together an efficient study plan to best prepare the student for their upcoming exam!
