Introduction

REMOTE TUTORING ONLY CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to work with our team while respecting the time and effort our tutors dedicate to each session. If you need to cancel a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equal to the session’s cost, as our tutors reserve that time just for you. That said, we’re committed to being as flexible as possible. If your tutor is able to reschedule your session and agrees to cancel it within the 24-hour window, we’ll happily waive the cancellation fee and issue a full refund. Your success is our priority, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs while ensuring all students have a fair chance to work with our team. Thank you for your understanding! How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our Story: Education has always been a life-changing force in my journey. As the child of Vietnamese refugees, I grew up understanding the value of hard work and resilience but also saw firsthand the challenges of navigating the education system with limited resources. Attending public school, I knew I had to find my own way forward. Through determination and the guidance of mentors, I was able to study for the SAT, strengthen my math and writing skills, and earn a spot at UCLA as a political science major. That foundation opened the door for me to attend Duke University School of Law, where I am now preparing to begin my career at a major law firm. I started this tutoring company because I believe every student deserves the chance to achieve their dreams, no matter their background or circumstances. I know how overwhelming it can feel to tackle tough subjects like math or prepare for college applications, but I also know how transformative education can be with the right support. My goal is to provide students with that support—whether it’s mastering Algebra, building confidence in writing, preparing for the SAT or ACT, or crafting a compelling college application. I want to help students see what’s possible for them and give them the tools to get there. This isn’t just about test scores or essays; it’s about creating opportunities and opening doors. I’m here to help you take the next step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all students from all education levels and from all different backgrounds. We take you as you are!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be careful with tutors who offer low rates and have few reviews. You want to make sure you are working with someone experienced and especially knowledgeable so that you will not spend multiples hours in week when you only need to spend 1 - 2. Besides that, look for a person that will not leave you in the middle of your school year or test prep. Many professionals do tutoring as a temporary job until they find something permanent.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
