What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our college planning services and prep courses are customized per family, based on the students needs. We offer military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We work with many clients on zoom or in-person. Onboarding a college planning student is done through assessments that the student completes and sends to me prior to our first meeting. We then review their assessments with them and start building their college list and a customized plan that includes; improving/maintaining grades, ACT/SAT prep, essays, resumes, college admissions and scholarship applications, FAFSA, college comparison on acceptances and final transition to enrolling in college.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.A. from University of South Florida. Conference presenter, account management, strategic planning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion for working with young people led me to the Class 101 model that has served families since 1997.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with middle school and high school students from public high schools, private high schools and homeschool communities in the East Tennessee regions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience counts as the more history a provider has, there are usually proven positive results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Select a provider who is going to help you reach your goals, i.e. a score improvement or a solid college list that fits.
