I have been coaching for 4 years after completing 3 life and health coaching certificate courses with Coach Training International and Health Coach Institute. I was born in London. Years, ago I worked as a social worker there. My sister had mental health issues. She inspired me to become a coach after seeing how much difference acceptance and support made to her life. My previous business experience was in creating and running a successful real estate company and managing personal growth seminars for many years. At this point support and giving back is my main focus, rather than making money, so sessions are offered at very low rates. I am based in California.
