What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The initial consultation is 90 minutes. We'll do a deep dive and map out a plan for deep change.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work for myself 12 years ago because of the traumas I have experienced. I then studied the nervous system and somatic work deeply and have been getting great results ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

people who are experiencing chronic pain, autoimmune issues , feeling stuck and post-cancer recovery.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have worked with a client who had long COVID , Chronic pain and gut issues, after several months the symptoms started to improve and the keep improving. She now enjoys, a life with more joy , confidence and empowerment as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any somatic coach or therapist, ideally needs to do their own personal somatic work.
