Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My individual hourly rate is $250. However, I encourage the value of the relationship and commitment to change. For this reason, my pricing is based on a monthly subscription rate currently of $425 This includes: 1) Up to four individual meetings (typically once weekly), 2) Coping Skills toolbox (My private collection of dozens of the best tools and techniques with audio, videos, worksheets, and more. These include a range of topics such as breathing, values, life balance, relationships, irrational beliefs, and more) 3) Copies of my bestselling books (Manage My Emotions, Manage My Addiction, Manage My Meditation, Counselor, and more) 4) Access to any live or webinar training offered during the month. While you may find insight and relief quickly, as you learn new tools, it can take longer to establish these changes. Ask about a discount for a minimum 3-6 month commitment. Limited discounts or pro bono services are available for those in need, with preference given to veterans and other public service positions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I believe that the relationship is of critical importance. There are many professionals out there, so it is important to have a good fit. I begin with an initial consultation which is free. This will allow us to know that I am able to help you with your specific issue, and you feel confident that I can support in that way. If we are not a good fit, I would encourage you to continue to look to find the perfect match so that you can be successful.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a master's and doctorate in Psychology, an MBA, and more training than I can count. My experience has helped to translate these educational experiences into life practice. Perhaps the most valuable is my many years of self-exploration and clinical practices with thousands of individuals over 30 years of experience. This has helped me to know a diverse set of skills and tools to help.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider what is the primary problem you are specifically seeking help for. What are some of the secondary or related issues? Does the person I am working with have experience in these areas? When I am speaking with this professional, do I feel welcome, safe, and supported to grow through these difficult issues?
