In my role, I specialize in helping couples nurture peace, love, happiness, and a healthy sex life within their relationships. We all aspire to have fulfilling connections, but relationships can be quite the rollercoaster ride – from confusing to exciting, exhausting to fun, and everything in between. I also work with individuals that are wanting help in creating the life they want to live. I specialize in forgiveness of self and others for healing. It is detrimental to stay stuck in a place where you can no longer move forward and the bitterness that rests within you only continues to grow. I want to help you experience the freedom of Jesus through forgiveness and healing. You are worth it. With qualifications including SYMBIS certification for premarital coaching, Infidelity Recovery Certification, and CFLE-P (certified family life educator), I offer my services both in person and online. While I'm based in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area for in-person sessions, I also provide online sessions through Zoom. Please note that I do not accept insurance at this time. My coaching sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at $86-$150 per session. Sessions include your one-on-one time with Tina, a recap email note and personalized homework. Whether you prefer in-person meetings in North Liberty, IA, or the convenience of phone or Zoom sessions, I'm here to help you transform your relationship into what you desire. Drawing from my 22 years of marriage experience and my educational background, which includes a BA in Human Studies with an emphasis on Marriage and Family, as well as a Minor in Biblical Studies from Arizona Christian University, along with my Family Life Educator Certification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal insight to my coaching sessions. Through my guidance, you can expect to improve your communication, resolve conflicts more effectively, enhance your friendship, and strengthen your sexual intimacy. Many couples I've worked with have overcome conflicts and emerged from our sessions in a much happier place. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is $150 per session for Thumbtack users. I also have a bundle that includes the ability to text me with small questions or concerns during business hours. This is either a 4-session package for $397

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedule session 2. Get to know where my client is in their relationship and where they want to be 3. Ask which area they would prefer to work in first. Communication, intimacy, troubleshooting, connecting with one another 4. During sessions, actively work to make changes that have a forward progression towards the client's goal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Bachelor of Art in Family Studies with an emphasis in Marriage and Family from Arizona Christian University Provisional Family Life Educator Certification SYMBIS marriage certification Infidelity Recovery Certification My coaching focuses on reconnection, troubleshooting, self-improvement, foundational communication, honesty, and intimacy and more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began relationship coaching high school students through our church youth group 7 years ago. As they began getting engaged and married, I expanded my experience into that arena. That stemmed into individual and couples online relationship/marriage coaching through various websites and forums. Intimacy coaching was the last to fall into place but came from a place of healing within my own marriage. Growth of knowledge, academic research, self-discovery, spousal understanding of differing sex drives, and the purpose of sexual intimacy within marriages was life-changing for my marriage and everyone deserves to get to this healthy place.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked one on one with men and women, as well as with couples who are dating, engaged, or married.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had the privilege of assisting a husband who believed his marriage was on the brink of collapse due to the growing disconnect between him and his wife. Initially, his wife wasn't willing to seek help together, so we embarked on individual coaching sessions. By delving into the root causes of their disconnection, I provided guidance to this husband, helping him refine his words and actions to rebuild the bridge to his wife's heart. Both individuals were grappling with emotional pain and felt lost in terms of how to rekindle their relationship. Today, I'm proud to share that this couple has made remarkable progress. They've transitioned from working with me individually to collaborating as a team, and their relationship is flourishing as they reconnect. Being able to equip individuals with the tools they need to mend their relationships is a tremendous honor and privilege!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you are choosing someone who understands your need. Make sure that you are comfortable. If you are religious, seek guidance from someone working in that same space.
