What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All sessions are LIVE with me via Zoom. I offer a Holistic 90 Day Awakening & Empowerment Program that combines LIVE Private (1-1) Holistic Life Coaching Sessions, plus Yoga and Meditation to finally bring your Spirit, Mind & Body to a place of Positive Balance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been practicing for 20 years and teaching for 12. I am a Certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Life Coach & Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am grateful to be able to share the wisdom and insights I have been blessed to received over the lasted 20 years

What types of customers have you worked with?

I help people who have tried different paths and styles of Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing, Self-Help books, Life Coaches and Teachers, etc. but still feel they have not found what they are looking for.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love working with students who are ready, willing and able to create sustainable transformation in their lives.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Practice without understanding will only get you so far. Understanding without practice will only get you so far. You need a Holistic approach that includes Mind, Body & Spirit in order to create true sustainable healing and change in order to manifest your Heart's desire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The most important thing is to follow your intuition. A teacher must be confident, patient, kind, disciplined, intuitive, direct, truthful, fearless and compassionate.
