Introduction

Hi! My name is Jen and I have been practicing and teaching the art of Compassionate Communication since 2012. In addition to being an Empathologist, I am referred to as a Communication Specialist, Empowerment Advocate and Compassion Crusader. I enjoy working with individuals, groups and couples to create rich and meaningful connections and have a passion for supporting people in establishing empowered and authentic relationships . I combine two powerful techniques, The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), a process that helps people understand the power of thinking styles in personality and behavior; and Compassionate Communication (aka NVC created by Marshall Rosenberg), a process that offers simple, yet effective communication tools, in relation to feelings and needs, that reduce conflict and deepen connections. I believe that having compassion for ourselves and others is the key to creating a harmonious world and am dedicated to helping people create peace in themselves and with one another one conversation at a time. Thank you for sharing this vision and inviting me to be part of your journey! Empathologie.com
