Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have honest, and up front pricing. We bid the entire project, so you don't have to worry about additional pricing from sub-contractors, or outside vendors. We are offering discounts to active and retired military as well as first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always come out to the home, go over design and remodeling process so the customer knows exactly what to expect. We go over timeframe, budget, materials, everything we need from start to finish. Once the job starts, we work on only your job so you're home isn't under construction for longer than needed. Home owners can also live in their home during construction 99% of the time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've worked under other remodelers for years. Doing flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, custom tile work, anything and everything thats not structural to the home. I started doing my own thing a few years ago in Michigan and then moved my business to Phoenix in 2021 to be closer to family

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I bought my first house in 2012 and it was the definition of a "fixer upper" I started updating the home myself, and fell in love with the work. I have been working on interior remodels ever since. Working under General Contractors, and interior remodelers until I started my own company. I wanted to do honest work at affordable pricing, and wanted to work with customers directly.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with all types of customers. Home owners, under General Contractors, realtors, and everybody in between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I always recommend getting multiple bids, and look at reviews, and photos of work before making a decision. I stand by my work and the quality of products I use. They might not be the cheapest option, but you don't want to re-do your bathroom every 2 years because a contractor cut corners and used cheap materials, or didn't know what they were doing.
