What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There's no wrong questions, I'm always looking to answer any questions or concerns the client has during any stage of the project. If I don't have the answer right away I will always make it a priority to find the right one.

I was always helping my dad and uncle growing up. It wasn't always fun but valuable in my decision to pursue a life in the trade.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer found my name on thumbtack. His refrigerator ice maker line leaked and buckled his hardwood in his kitchen. He didn't want to file a claim to his homeowners insurance so we were able to agree on a price for the removal of the hardwood and he found a ceramic tile for me to install instead of hardwood. Ceramic tile was a better fit for his kitchen! The install went great and he was happy for all I was able to do for him.
