What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on the scope of work and intensity level of labor. I provide a price breakdown per line of each estimate. Example a line may include demolition and haul away. Customer can decide if they would like a labor only or labor plus materials estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I take pride in listening and being friendly with every customer. The wants of the customer are a top priority for Top Knotch Flooring.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I currently have 15+ years in the construction industry and have my C54 Contractor's license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I developed a passion for working with stone, tile and other materials after I graduated from High School. I obtained knowledge from multiple General Contractors early in my career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have enjoyed working with customers of all types. Each customer has a different perspective of what they want their project to entail.

I take pride in and am fond of all my projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always hire a state licensed contractor and go with the company that listens to you and makes you feel comfortable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should determine their budget and which materials they are interested in using so that, the Contractor can provide an accurate estimate.
