What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction to who we are, the type of work that we do, learn their experience with the type of work they are asking to get done, debunk any myths or confusion they may have, explain to them a little bit of the process of how the work unfolds. Discuss timelines, putting together a scope of work, and scheduling both work and payments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

18 years experience of construction work at a Journeyman level .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We began servicing homes in the summers at a young age working with family and friends. We discovered our skill and passion in the home service industry through time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Architchets , designers, home flippers, design and build, turn key. Commercial and residential.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a good grasp or idea of the type of work that you need done, the materials you aim to use, design or renderings are always a plus to avoid discrepancies or erroneous work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they know what type of materials they need installed? Do they understand material cost, and the process of construction? Are they looking to hire someone who can bring them Materials or are they willing to purchase materials and bring in a service professional?
