Our founder has over 18 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, including certified training in bathroom systems, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions. Our crew is licensed, safety-trained, and continuously educated on modern materials and techniques.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey began with a deep passion for craftsmanship and helping homeowners improve their living spaces. After working in construction for nearly two decades and seeing what makes a project truly successful, we launched Innovate Design & Build to deliver projects with integrity, communication, and care.

We’ve worked with a wide range of customers — from first-time homeowners and growing families to real estate investors and busy professionals. Whether the project is large or small, we provide the same level of attention, quality, and reliability.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full bathroom remodel in Roseville that included a custom tile shower, floating vanity, heated floors, and recessed lighting. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks — on time and within budget. The client was thrilled with the transformation and even referred us to two neighbors!
