What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

* I cannot give any amount because it really depends on the materials but I do extra job works, since I'm pretty sure that I do perfectly fine with my work. I also do suggest some ideas about my creations and how it would look like.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

* I normally meet the customer first and asked for an appointment to them, after the appointment we set up the project. I also asked my customer if its okay for me to check my project everyday.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I do work for Union before and I was a Germany apprentice for two years and graduated Tile setter which is my forte.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i work for Union company for 10 years and after this I work for myself.

I worked for commercial residential customer any types will.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Last project that I had was a Residential house project were in it is for 2 floors. bathroom remodel and house remodel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice my customer if in case that I will hire someone which is located on my area try to check the pro's credentials first before they decide if they will hired him or her.
