Introduction

My focus is quality and customer service. My Dad taught me how to work with my hands and appreciate hard work. I love doing repairs, flooring, full and partial remodels, and updating a residence. I enjoy working with customers to find a solution that's affordable and genuinely love what I do. I also love interior design. Moving walls around, designing cabinetry and creating a more functional space for my client is absolutely amazing to me! I'm fair, affordable and very clear with my estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I enjoy meeting new people and expanding my customer base. Usually, I give an estimate and book the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Kitchen and Bath Design Certification in process at Arapahoe Community College & an Associates of Applied Science in Interior Design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up a Daddy's girl. He taught me everything I know!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I enjoy helping elders but work for people of all ages and backgrounds. I come from a multi-cultural family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I completed a 7,000 sq ft commercial flooring project. It took two weeks with take up, prep and installation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Relax. Ask if the provider is insured and look for red flags in their estimate. Ask if their estimate is final or if there are any extra fees.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Depending on the type of work, ask a professional on their opinion of the product. Ask if the professional has ever installed it before and what the pros and cons are of the installation.
