I give quick quotes, and am always available for when a customer needs my help, and always works around the customer's schedule. Never leave a customer with a question. I travel to my customers so they don't have to travel to me for free quotes. Always take to the customer to my providers and help the customer pick out the perfect stone for them.

For starters I only advertise for tile and popcorn removal because it seems like it gets done but not done well. A little bit about myself. I started in residential construction about 20 yrs ago. I do all my own work. I do not sub out my work. I started working for myself because most general contractors seem like they only care about money and not the quality of work, the customer, or their subs. I provide peace of mind as well as a service. Communication is key to what I do. Knowing the needs and expectations of a customer makes the process easier, faster, less expensive, and the end product exactly what the customer wants. I carry million dollar liability insurance. My popcorn removal gets done correctly. I put up plastic from floor to ceiling, capturing all the dust and debris. After scraping, I screw the ceiling back up in all the low spots, I mud and sand all the screw holes, seams, butt joints, along the ceiling where it meets the walls, caulk the corners where the walls and ceilings meet, I do more work in my prep so dont have to water my texture down to hide all the flaws. It also keeps the ceilings from cracking 6 months down the road. All that is needed because under the popcorn they only run one coat of joint compound, its left unfinished when the popcorn is sprayed. A cleaner comes and cleans when im done. When the plastic gets pulled to be thrown away dust always kicks up. Its not a lot. I do it as a courtesy. It basically comes out to about $4-5 a square foot. And that includes popcorn removal, patching, sanding, primer and paint. Its myself and my helper. its gets done in about a week. I also specialize in bathtub to shower conversions/tile. For the past 5 years i've mainly done popcorn removal and tile. Custom showers/ tub to shower conversions, and bathroom remodles. But I've been doing tile for over 10 yrs. I do custom showers, tub surrounds, floors, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, patios, heated floors etc. I use leveling kits on all my large format tile. They keep everything perfectly level and even. I file and buff all my cuts, it makes them perfectly smooth. I can build a custom shower pans or use the schulter system kits. My showers are second to none. I take the time to trim everything out in metal trim. It hides all of the cut ends of the tile and keeps everything looking clean. Or i can miter the corners. (that costs more, takes more time) i trim out the sides, curb, shampoo niche, anything where there's a to cut edge to hide. Or I can trim them out in any style preferred bullnose etc.. Tub surround start at $2000. Thats for demo, labor and materials. Minus tile and grout. Room remodels, bathrooms, free standing tubs, basements, kitchenettes, wet bars, drywall, patching, matching textures, installing doors(interior, exterior, closet, pocket), installing locks, faucets, drains, shower hot/cold valves, toilets, laminate flooring , laminate vinyl plank flooring, replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. I work with a licensed electrician for any electrical that may need a permit. Anything structural or that changes the layout of a home needs a permit. I can get your project done on time and within budget. I also work for a number of realtors, investors, and property management companies. Most of my customers are repeat customers. I've got references if needed. I use thumbtack so I'm not dependent upon any one person, ie; general contractors. Also to build my customer base of homeowners. Tile is best picked and ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. I consider myself an artisan and I take pride in what I do. I use the latest materials available, I clean and seal the grout/tile, my shower pans pitch correctly, they dont puddle and most importantly they dont leak. MY SHOWERS PASS CODE AND INSPECTION! When it comes to wet areas and tile you get what you pay for! I redo a few new installs each year. I dont charge extra if you're located farther south. Thank you.
