We come to you with over 3,000 flooring samples in our mobile showroom. We evaluate and measure your space and take into consideration all the large and small details to give you a price for the entire project, NOT and estimate! We will schedule the installation with our expert installers and come back 7-10 days later to ensure you are happy with the results!

All of our employees undergo online and in-person trainings to ensure we are experts at what we do. We are always up to date with the newest design trends, product features and installation.

Steve and daughter, Erin Raney both found themselves at a crossroads with their respective careers. After lots of research, opening a flooring franchise seemed like the right fit. Steve has always enjoyed doing a lot of his own home improvement projects, including many complicated flooring installations! After 37 years in the software industry, he decided to pursue a career in something he loved and enjoys meeting and working with clients to achieve their goals. Erin Raney has spent over 12 years working in government and customer service focused positions. FCI of West Denver provided an opportunity to combine her experience providing the best quality service experience and her love of design. She loves working with clients to customize the perfect floors for everyone she meets with.

We recently installed carpeting in a home theater room. The customer went with a fun and dramatic look that incorporated a patterned carpet with old-style film reels and coal black carpet accents. Our installer did an amazing job working with a difficult pattern, custom risers and staging. We also installed sheet vinyl in an "art room" and re-carpeted a small stairwell and landing. The entire project took less than a month from our initial consultation to installation and looks absolutely fantastic!

Look for a business that will guarantee their work and has liability insurance. Beware of fine print or anything that promises "free installation, etc." You may end up paying more after the project is finished.

Is this an estimate or a project price? Does it include things like removal and haul away of existing flooring, subfloor preparation, replacing new trim or baseboards, transitions, furniture and appliance moves? Make sure they are transparent in services and costs included.
