What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer all kinds of discounts through out the year. We also give discounts on specific jobs depending on their size. We have no extra or hidden fees ever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a general phone call and brief discussion of what they are looking for. Then I schedule a day to meet in person at the property to discuss in detail everything they’d like done so that I can take measurements and work up a free estimate.

15 years of hands on experience and training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was a kid working and learning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. We work well with everyone. We treat all customers with respect and consideration and communication is extremely important to us. All jobs are equally as important to us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Two complete gut and remodel bathrooms. 2 weeks from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Read reviews and focus on how well they communicate and do what they say. Anyone who has poor communication skills in this business can make it a nightmare for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A timeline they would be satisfied with to complete work so that we can set an expectation. You also want have a set budget in mind.
