We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage , window size, Painting, type of pavers or materials, degree of disrepair, etc. also the job need to: - Reflect the value you provide versus your competitors - Match what the market will truly pay for your offering Support your working or company you represent. - Enable you to reach your revenue and market share goals - Maximize your profits ( Properties)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times. Also our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have essentially been in the construction business the last 20 years. We learned basic carpentry and framing. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers. If you need a Remodeling Commercial or Residential we are the company to call.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I has working in Miami Design Center for interiors designers. i got passionate for doing remodeling in 1997 when I decided to finally start a business

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every Remodeling project we handle is different from those previously handled. That said, we make sure all our remodeling projects are finished within the agreed project timeline. This means that if we will have a big project, then we will make sure to have a big crew. Our operations do not permit us to sit on any project. All projects, big or small, are finished on time. We can do this because we take into account weather patterns every season. This means that something out of the ordinary has to happen to keep us from meeting our project completion goals and disrupt services. Once we set a date, the entire company stands behind that date and will do everything and anything to meet the set goal. We are that kind of different.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a contractor that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Exceptional work takes time and energy. It's a lot harder than just mowing yards, putting up walls, laying down stones, or hauling debris. Some companies, like ourselves, take hiring honest and high quality workers seriously. And the really great companies train and train and train their crews to become the best not only at what they do but on what they can be. There are companies that take being exceptional in every sense of the word very seriously. We are one of those companies.
