What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customer should do some research on pricing for their particular project and then seek out quotes from a few reputable companies, but they should never assume the lowest prices are guaranteed to deliver the highest quality products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting a clear understanding of the customer’s unique needs and expectations for their project and the budget they are working with is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction. The customer timeline is also important for ensuring that we’re able deliver value and quality. We also ensure that we have the skill set that is essential for our customers success and that we delegate responsibility to crews.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 35 years of fieldwork experience and I’m always attending seminars and conferences with people who have been involved in the industry for decades.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did a couple years of apprenticeship and was able start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From mega resort development to small business development and residential housing development. Therefore we have experienced many different challenges and have gained tremendous knowledge of Hands on project management skills.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a 2200 sq ft porcelain plank tile floor installation and it took us 10 days . We were also working on renovation of 2 bathrooms at the same place.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never choose a company or individual base on price only, experience, knowledge and integrity is the best bet for you to get your project done right.

Whether they have funds to complete their project and who is responsible for all the logistics of the project. If they are capable of providing the necessary oversight for the project and use professional who established a good track record of integrity and transparency.
