Ever since my dad took me on my first job site I haven’t looked back. I love making people happy by transforming their homes and seeing their faces when a project is complete to their satisfaction. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a $50 consultation fee; but waived if hired. I believe in transparency with the customers and pricing could be different on every job. Depending on the scope of work and how fancy you wanna get with the design, type of tile you wanna use and etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Consult on a project, provide estimate, and finally do the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I learned from the best professional which was my dad and have been doing this over 15 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad comes from a line of tradesmen and I learned from him. I’ve been doing tile work since I was 14

Bill gates, Macy’s, nordstroms

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Love giving light to a new kitchen or a bathroom. New kitchen backsplash could take 1-2days of work where a bathroom remodel would take 5-7 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The biggest thing that stands out for me would be great customer service and quality work as well as speed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they actually provide good quality service and also honest service. Speed is important but not as important as quality and integrity in the project, meaning not cutting any corners.
