What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Current Carpet Cleaning specials are 2 Room for $79 Tile and Grout cleaning special 30% discount. For Upholstery, we have a special for $145 for Sofe and Love Seat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we give a free estimate, and evaluate cost of the job and work with the clients budget. And we coordinate the best time to book the job based on the client schedule to get the job got efficiently. After the job is complete, we do a walk through and a little lesson on how to maintain the integrity of the floors.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years of Restoration, and Cleaning Services experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working as an employee for another Restoration and cleaning company for 4 years, and I let the company to start my own because I'm passionate about helping people restore their homes/property.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Both commercial and residential clients, and also collaborated with other restoration companies as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Mr. Cohen called me about his gym in the Fort Lauderdale area due to the flooding in April 2023. we were there with the hour, and we completed the job in 5 days just in time for his business to resume and continue operating.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend tl.make sure that the provider has the expertise, and proper equipment to provide efficient and effective service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients need to ask what exactly the job entails. And understand the process and how long the job would take to complete. Asked about cost, and how the work would affect your household contents. And ask them how would they be about to keep the property clean.
