What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary according to the type of material to be used, sizes and difficulties. we estimate completely free of charge, we measure the client's house accurately and thus guarantee that there will be no waste of material.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go to the client's house, I always have some samples that I show to the client, or the client is free to buy his flooring directly from a store and hire us just for the installation, we provide the estimate, if the estimate is approved, we set the best day to do the work

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied Production Engineering in Brazil which helps me to this day how to handle my work, some years of experience doing installations for big companies like The Home Depot and Lowes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After several years working for other companies, I realized that I had enough knowledge and experience to do this for my own company, since this is a very broad market, everyone wants a new bathroom in their home or wants their floor changed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with any type of client, from a small project to a large project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Full bathroom remodeling included new shower , new flooring , paint and plumbing work , Also remove upstairs carpet and install LVP flooring .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look for your company , your reviews and if it is fully insured.

I think you had to look at the jobs that have been done in the past, read your reviews and your experiences with other people.
