What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Responding to the initial request. Setting up an appointment to see the need of client. Making suggestions to really hear what my client wants. Estimates are sent with-in 24 HRS of walk-through. We come to an agreement, schedule and get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been educated and trained by the best in the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is not work for us this is what we love. This amazing trade was taught to me by my father and so on as he learned from his. I come from a generation of carpenters

What types of customers have you worked with?

All of my customers are amazing. My future clients are amazing. Shall anything come up that needs to be resolved, we always come to a solution in which we all win.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have had many projects I am fond of, but I will say there was one in particular I remember. Client had 30 cats and 2 dog's I wanted to stay there longer. I love animals!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your gut. Ask questions....as you can. Remember you can never have to many questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just ask what's on your mind and allow us to give you clarity. We understand often time our client has a vision they can't quite verbalize.
