Due to the variety of specialties and each customer request; It is best to get pricing by phone or in-home estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The initial process begins through phone or email. Then at the convenience of the customer, an in-home estimate will be set up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have developed my training and education through many years working alongside some of the best restoration specialists in the business. I also keep up on new techniques and methods through networking with other service professionals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off working with the family contracting business and discovered more effective and efficient methods for the company and our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a wide variety of customers — both commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Steam cleaning, re-caulking, and sealing of a master shower that took one day. The customer could not believe the transformation of their shower. They were amazed and happy with my service.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice is to do your research and get a few estimates.
